Are you sure that is fro KY? The trees are fully leafed out and from the pics of KY I have seen that is not the case yet. I am thinking that pic may be from the Joplin tornado from last June.

The tornado part is from a well known wall-cloud tornado photo taken the great plains of the US and the ‘town’ element is from a small midwestern prairie town: the corn tipple atop the elevators are only found in ‘corn country’.

This photo was not taken in West Liberty, KY. It was taken in a town called Orchard, Iowa. I guess someone is just trying to get their name known.
